Leica Tripods

 

 

 

Leica Geosystems offers a range of tripods to suit all instruments.  It is vital that the correct tripod is used to achieve accurate results.  Solid, heavy weight constructed Leica Tripods provide a stable platform for any instrument.
GST20 RANGE OF WOODEN TRIPODS
These Tripods are well regarded by the market for being extremely stable and long lasting. The GST20 range consists of the GST20, GST20-9, GST120-9 and GST40 wooden tripods. Being highly rigid and with good vibration characteristics, these tripods are recommended by Leica Geosystems to be used with TPS for surveying and engineering applications.
The GST120-9 model provides a unique, patented self-closing feature for quick set-up and stowing. 
The GST40 model is recommended for the DNA digital levels providing extremely high stability and fast set-ups due to the rigid legs.
GST05 AND GST05L TRIPODS
These tripods are available as wood (GST05) or aluminum (GST05L) type. They offer a lighter weight alternative to the GST20 range. The wooden legs are covered by a heat-shrunk polymer. This protects the wood even in conditions of high humidity. Being extremely resistant to the environment, the GST05 tripods can remain set-up for long periods in all weather conditions. This is vital for GPS applications for which these tripods are recommended.
CTP101 AND CTP103 TRIPOD
These Construction Tripods are available in wood (CTP101) and aluminum (CTP103). Manufactured in China with Leica specifications, these heavy duty tripods offer a low cost alternative. No spare parts are available for the CTP range.

Surveying Prisms

The range and accuracy of all Total Stations can be fully exploited by using Leica Geosystems Prisms.  These Prisms are manufactured from high-quality optical glass which is worked to strict specifications. All reflective surfaces are provided with a resistant coating so that the reflectivity is not adversely affected by dirt or condensation.
GPR CIRCULAR PRISMS
The GPR range of prisms are supplied with a holder and target plate. The GPR121 Professional version is manufactured from quality metal components, for accuracy and long life. The GPR111, a low-cost Basic prism is moulded into a plastic holder and target plate.
MINI PRISMS
Conveniently storable in the instrument container, Mini Prisms offer a high positional accuracy due to their small size. The GMP101 and GMP111 have a built-in levelling bubble and supplied with an attachable spike. With this arrangement a point can be measured with very high precision. 
MONITORING PRISMS
Suitable for permanent installations even in extreme environments. 
The GPR112 has a patented air regulator to prevent condensation at the back of the prism. A rain shelter is available protecting the prism front against rain and snow.
The GMP104 Mini Prism is fixed in a metal housing, providing an extremely robust and precise monitoring target. Supplied with an L-bar for easy installation.

360º Reflectors

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leica Geosystems offers a range of light-weight, passive prisms for use with robotic Total Stations.

For efficient operation without the need for directing the prism toward the instrument, a 360˚ type prism is recommended. This consists of six individual prisms joined together. The arrangement allows the measuring beam to reflect directly back to its source evenly from any position on the prism set. The even distribution of the prisms provides similar offset and accuracy readings from any side.

GRZ4  Professional 360º Reflector
This reflector is recommended for all robotic work performed with a survey pole. The rubber mountings on the top and bottom of the prisms provide protection if the pole falls over. The prism is supplied in a padded case for safe transportation. 
The GRZ4 has an overall pointing accuracy of 5mm. However, when aiming directly at one of the three prisms, indicated by yellow arrows, an accuracy of better than 2mm can be achieved.
GRZ122 SMARTPOLE 360º REFLECTOR
The high performance GRZ122 allows connectivity to the Leica SmartAntenna. The reflector is of extreme robust design to survive a topple-over even when the SmartAntenna is attached.
The built-in point allows the reflector to be precisely positioned directly on a survey mark.
The special arrangement of the six prisms provides a high pointing accuracy. A 3D pointing accuracy of 2mm is achieved.
GRZ101  360º MINI PRISM
Due to its small size, this low cost alternative provides the greatest pointing accuracy of 1.5mm. However, it has restricted functionality with the TPS Power Search, and a shorter measuring and ATR range, than the standard size prisms. The GRZ101 is supplied with a four-part reflector pole, two pole tips and a level bubble.

Leica Geosystems currently provides quick chargers as a matter of preference. They ensure, thanks to the latest charging technology, appropriate charging and therefore, the long life of the batteries.

Rrofessional Charging Station GKL221
The GKL221 is an intelligent charging station with advanced charging technology. It is suitable for charging all Leica Geosystems batteries and ensures the optimal battery operation with your equipment. Up to five batteries can be connected to the charger simultaneously.

The microprocessor controlled charging station recognises the type of battery connected and derives the charging parameters such as time and current. The batteries are optimally and appropriately charged. The GKL221 Charging Station also has a discharging and charging function for refreshing batteries. These features guarantee the maximum possible service life.

Basic Series Charger GKL211
The GKL211 is a simple, low cost quick charger for charging Li-Ion batteries. A country specific AC/DC adapter and a car adapter cable are included with the charger.

Basic Series Charger GKL112
The GKL112 is a simple, low cost quick charger for charging the Leica GEB111 and GEB121 batteries. A country specific AC/DC adapter and a car adapter cable are included with the charger. The charger has a trickle charge feature. This ensures that the battery is always fully charged and ready for  use.
