This
tripod is heavy-duty, with a round 6 inch diameter head which easily holds
lasers or robots. Its larger telescoping legs (1.25 - to 1.50- inch
diameters) feature adjustable handle bolts on the leg pivots creating
greater stability. No tools are needed to set the leg pivot tension!
The #5119-11-FLY has the same
features as the #5119-10-FLY but includes precise adjusters to make
centering the 8-minute vial easier. The adjusters provide fine leg
extension, a range of ± 0.25- inch from the center line. It's like
having leveling screws for a tripod!
The #5119-12-FLY is identical
to the #5119-11-FLY with the addition of double leg points. Dual
points create more bite in the ground to minimize the chance for twisting.
Double points are useful with angle measuring instruments such as robots.
All three models are suitable
for GPS and machine-control applications.

Open Clamp Pole Brackets |
|
The original SECO Open Clamp Pole Bracket
mounts data collectors and controllers to antenna poles and rover rods
safely and efficiently. Use a a Claw-Quick Release cradle and one of
these popular Open Clamps to create your custom system. Cradles sold
seperately. The aluminum open clamp has stainless steel clamp screws
that attach to the pole and a quick release button. To rotate the data
collector/controller into a position that makes it easy to read, depress the
quick release button to adjustbthe Claw-Quick Release Cradle.

This univeral bracket system
is designed to hold a rover rod and a radio antenna pole. It attaches
to the luggage rack with u-bolts and holds all poles 1 to 1.25 inches
diameter. The rigid framework holds up to vibrations and shock from
ATV operation. Quick clamp handles make loading and unloading rover
poles fast and easy but still secure. The fully adjustable unit has
slotted channels so that you can customize all the components of your
system. Comes with storage/transport bag. Weighs 24 lbs. |

System is the same as the 5198-50 system, but does not come with the radio
antenna bar. |

by some metal data collector holders because of repeated or overtightening
of the clamp to the same point of the pole. The patented clamping
system of the Data-Max is designed to grasp the pole or tripod with out
harming it. Elastomeric materials, a large uniform clamping area and a
knob that is designed t o help prevent over tightening. Position your
data collector in one of twenty-six different positions for better viewing.
