Direct Elevation Rods and Adapters

 

Ash/Aluminum DE Laser Rods
These rods extend 10 ft (3 m) and retract to 5.4 ft (1.6 m).  The front features a graduated, endless 10 ft stainless steel band which runs over Delrin® end rollers.  The latch in the back locks the band in any position.  These come with a side rail for connecting an optional bracket.  Weighs 7 lbs (3.2 kg).  Lenker Style.

Aluminum DE Laser Rods
These rods extend to 10 ft (3 m) and retract to 5.4 ft (1.6 m).  The front features a PVC, UV-protected, graduated face.  The anodized aluminum sections are connected with the molded nylon fittings.  Rods are waterproof and dissemble for cleaning.  Weighs 5.43 lb (2.5 kg).

One Shot Direct Elevation Rod by CRAIN

Leveling rods are great for cut and fill applications with large changes in elevation, but they require math to calculate the cut or fill measurement.  If the math is incorrect, there is a large potential for error and it is off by two times the correct measurement.  The cut or fill measurement on the Crain One Shot® is ready directly on the rod.  The correct measurement saves you time and money!  Very durably constructed, use typically for grading, masonry, site work, forms, landscaping, foundations, sewers, drainage, and slab work.

Surveyor's Series Leveling Rods (SVR) by CRAIN
The Crain SVR Leveling Rod features some recent design improvements of a shorter collapsed length and less weight.  Constructed of fiberglass that is strong and rigid with reinforcing ribs for added stability.  Waterproof and non-conductive, the rectangular-oval shape allows for a wide, glare resistant scales that are wear-resistant.  The tight locking mechanism features round buttons that resist jamming from sand and dirt.  Features a 1/4 x 20 female adapter in the top section.  Carrying case included.

Rectangular Series Leveling Rods (CR) by CRAIN
The features of the CR Series Leveling Rods include: rectangular shape with rounded back corners for better gripping, a scale width graduated to fill the entire face of the rod, and a measuring scale on the back side that allows for overall height readings.  Made of strong fiberglass that is waterproof and corrision-resistant.  Use for laser detector mounting with no special brackets required.  Non-conductive and features a 1/4 x 20 female adapter in the top section.  Carrying case comes seperately.

Standard Series Leveling Rods (LR) by CRAIN
The LR Series Leveling Rods are round and easy to handle.  The round design makes the LR Series rods a good choice for certain applications like high wind conditions.  The LR-STD is available in a 25 foot model in 1oths, inches and o.5 cm metric scales.  The LR-PRO is larger in diameter so that is sturdier and easier to read at higher heights.  The LR-PRO leveling rod is available in 25 ft,  35 ft and 45 ft lengths in feet/10ths/100ths.  Case not included.

Aluminum Builders Rods
Telescopic, aluminum builders rods are made of a durable alloy with anodized sections and silk-screened moisture resistant ink.  Each rod section uses sturdy polycarbonate buttons that lock when each section is extended.  Three heights and graduations available, height gauge is on the back side.  Each Rod includes special level and protective bag.  Three piece rods weigh 2.4 lb (1.1 kg), four piece rods weigh 3.1 lb (1.4 kg), five piece rods weigh 3.5 lb (1.6 kg). 7321-50   7341-40

'E' Pattern Builder's Rod
This rod has a standard 'E' pattern.  The grads in centimeters that are on the front and numbered every 10 cm.  The height scale is in millimeters on the back.  This rod comes with a level vial and a case.  The lightweight aluminum sections are in contrasting white, red and black colors and have round spring-loaded locking buttons.
