package! Carlson Civil Suite 2009 has four programs that make up the
suite: Carlson Survey Page, Carlson Civil Page, Carlson Hydrology
Page, and Carlson GIS Page. The 2009 package features functionality
improvements to make your job easier. The overall theme is better
annotation for plan production with updates to Profiles, Sections, Area
Labels, Station-Offset Labels, Spot Elevations, Sewer Network Labels and
Cut/Fill Color Maps. Also new to the software this year: In
addition to running Carlson 2009 on top of any AutoCAD®
or Map®
versions 2000, up to and including 2009, Carlson Solutions now come with
built-in IntelliCAD®-
a robust, DWG-compatible CAD platform that every CAD developer can build
upon. The
package comes at great price- but each of the programs are available

Built in AutoCAD. With this
program, you can see what you are collecting, zoom in and out, or pan over.
You can do any basic COGO operation and also any high-level CAD operation.
You can even stakeout building corners, lot corners or any CAD feature by
"snapping" to the point -- without creating point numbers.
Survey/civil, construction and
GIS offices will be able to collect field data entirely in the CAD drawing,
plotting all field data collected in the Autodesk DWG format. |

Carlson Takeoff 2.0 (T2) is the
ultimate answer for fast and accurate project estimating. Perfect for
highway construction, site development and general earthmoving projects.
T2 is built on an AutoCAD® 2007 OEM engine, and is Vista compatible.
You’ll save countless hours thanks to T2’s 3D simulation, streamlined
digitizing, automated elevating, precision calculating of volumes and
material quantities, plus its cut/fill color mapping. In addition, you’ll be
able to generate bid estimates many times faster and much more accurately

Carlson Takeoff 2009 is available
now, taking the T2 "Estimator" and making it even more powerful. This
first-ever AutoCAD®-based site-estimating software is now IntelliCAD*-based,
too, and enhanced to continue to provide the ultimate answer for fast and
accurate project estimating. Carlson's Civil Design module and raster to
vector conversion routine is included at no extra charge.
Takeoff offers critical
Drawing Cleanup features and advanced 2D to 3D routines
that streamline the estimating process. It can input all data formats,
including DWG, DXF, LandXML, and all formats of Centerline, Profiles, and
Section Data. Takeoff calculates
cut/fill material volumes and has 3D simulation as well as comprehensive
reporting. In
addition, roadwork, trenching, drill-holes, and sub-grades capabilities are
all included for one affordable price. And with Carlson Civil RoadNet added
in, Takeoff gives land developers the ability to lay out a collection of
intersecting roads, process them all together, clean up all intersections
and cul-de-sacs in 2D and 3D with a single click. |
